FAQ

When do you start with editing my photos?

As soon as you have sent your photos to our email address, we will start editing them! The editing turnaround time will be around 5-7 days.

Can I choose the way you edit my photos?

Yes, of course! You can send us detailed instructions on how you would like your photos to be edited and we will make sure to edit them exactly as you want.

Do I have to send RAW photos?

No, you don't have to! Although we prefer editing RAW photos, you can also send us JPG photos, including photos from your phone. Our edits will work perfectly on them as well.

From what sort of quality do my photos need to be?

As said before, your photos don't necessarily have to be in RAW, but we do have to be able to edit them well. That means that the quality and lighting have to be ok because we cannot make the quality of a crappy photo better. We can always apply a certain look to them but if the quality is just too low, this will affect the outcome.

What is the difference between your Lightroom presets and this service?

Lightroom presets are advanced photos filters and settings to edit your photos and make them look like a certain style, in just one click. We have created our own presets over the years to edit our photos, and they exist out of many different settings in lighting and color to achieve our unique look. They are especially designed to edit your photos yourself.

With this photo editing service, you don't need to edit yourself at all! It's especially ideal if you want your photos to look amazing, but are struggling to achieve this yourself or if you just don't really know how to use Lightroom. Or if you just don't have enough time. We do all the hard work for you! But of course, you'll also receive the settings we used to edit your photos, so if later on, you do decide to start with editing and Lightroom yourself you already have some amazing settings to apply on all your other photos, with the exact same look!

Do I have to send all the 10 photos at once?

Yes, you will have to send all 10 photos in one batch, so we can edit them all at once as well.

How do I get the edited photos back?

We will email the final edited photos to you. We probably send them via WeTransfer because most of the time the files are too big for email. Do keep in mind that you will have to download the photos in 7 days because after that the download link will be removed from WeTransfer!

How do I use the settings you send me with it?

When we have edited your photos, you will get an extended PDF guide with everything you need to know and how to use the settings. You can import and use the settings on the Adobe Lightroom Classic CC Desktop version or on the FREE Lightroom app.

What if I am unsatisfied with the edited results?

If you are not satisfied with the result, we offer you a revision. Be clear at what you want different and then we can edit the photo in a different way until you are satisfied.

What happens if I don't have USD?

This is not a problem, your bank will convert your currency to USD when you pay.
